Where do you deliver?
At this stage Oates Welding Services only ships within Metro Melbourne. If you are wanting an item shipped outside of this region you are able to select In Store Collection and organise a courier yourself. We are happy to assist in organising a courier but it will be at your cost and must be paid upfront before the order leaves our warehouse.
We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Aus Post Parcel Collect Addresses or Parcel Lockers.

What are my shipping options?
We offer Courier Delivery for all items in the online store based on the size and weight of the item. You are able to organise In Store Collection for free from our Campbellfield warehouse or organise your own courier at your own expense.
How long is the processing time for online orders?
We aim to process all online orders 2 business days excluding delivery time. If there are any known delays they will be advised here or if 2 business days is not possible, we will contact you ASAP.
How do I know when my order is ready to collect in store?
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect. This is typically within 2 business days.

Are taxes included in your prices?
All advertised prices are inclusive of GST and are in AUD.
I placed an order online but haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?
If an email confirmation isn’t sent within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact our sales team immediately to ensure your order has been received.
I can’t find what I am after, what should I do?
Our online store is a limited selection of our product range. If you are looking for a specific machine or consumables, please contact our sales team.
I am wanting to order a bulk quantity; how can I do this?
Our online store is a limited selection of our product range and stock volumes are set for immediate processing. For bulk orders please contact our sales team and we will process the order via the phone.

Our products are supplied from various manufacturers. More information on each item can be found through the supplier website, alternatively, please contact our sales team.
